3 Steps to be a Winner in the Digital Transformation after COVID-19
– By Prof. Dr. Tobias Kollmann
About the webinar
COVID-19 has put us under pressure. Not only in terms of health and society, but especially economically. Real business models and processes are largely among the losers of the pandemic, while digital business models and processes with the associated platforms on the network are among the winners. The gap between those who were already digitally well positioned before the pandemic and those who were not is widening. The so-called digitization gap is widening, and by now at the latest,
every board member, managing director and employee should have realized that their company can no longer avoid the digital transformation of their own business model. This is not only about increasing investments in IT and in innovative future technologies such as artificial intelligence, but also about flipping the switch in the own head for the associated changes. In the end, there are “only” 3 steps to set the right course for the digital future now and emerge from the Corona pandemic as a winner.
