The introduction

As a technology company providing top-notch Invoice-to-Pay solutions to companies globally, we are looking for a Training Lead to support us leverage our training programs. In this position, your responsibility is the development and implementation, of a communication and training structure related to our Software application.

The Responsibilities

  • Define and determine Training strategies and needs for current staff, new joiners and consultants from external partners
  • Identify specific knowledge gaps through observations, focus groups, quality checks, data analysis and propose specific training topics to leadership based on findings
  • Create and manage development, validation and delivery of training materials, learner and onboarding engagement strategies, as well as evaluation plans
  • Support the coordination of training calendars and logistics
  • Design and develop learning reinforcement tools, such as: surveys, learning apps, learning podcasts or other microlearning tools, evaluation and certification exams
  • Apply training evaluation tools for clients & partners (evaluation forms, participants interviews, follow-up sessions) and compile results in training evaluation reports
  • Coach and mentor team members (internal and external)

The qualifications

  • At least a Bachelor’s degree
  • At least 3 years experience in a similar position
  • Fluent English (oral and written). Additional language(s) is a plus
  • Willing to travel
  • Strong operational skills and demonstrated ability to meet timelines
  • Proven networking skills and ability to train colleagues
  • Proven (> 3 years) experience with planning, creating, implementing, delivering and assessing various types of training
  • Communication skills for the purpose of knowledge transfer and skill development, including superior skill in explaining technical topics to novices and collaborating with subject matter experts and managers
  • Experience with one-to-many and one-to-one communication skills in both classroom and tutorial settings
  • Ability to use multiple learning methods and link them appropriately to subject matter
  • Willingness and ability to learn new systems
  • Excellent collaboration, coordination and organization skills
  • Experience with working remotely and in international, multi-cultural teams
  • Strong computer skills & Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel and PowerPoint, etc) required
  • Experience working with eLearning platforms is a plus
