As a growing, venture backed technology company providing leading Invoice-to-Pay solutions to companies globally, we are looking for an IT Support Engineer who is responsible for the daily management and maintenance of our IT environment.
Every day 75+ employees from all over the world count on you. The availability and flexibility of all applications and systems within the organization are your priority. Here you focus primarily on solving problems related to soft- or hardware. You will be reporting to the Chief Technical Officer.


  • You will provide first-line support to all Cevinio employees;
  • You will administer and handle requests through our ticketing system Jira;
  • You will be the first contact regarding technical problems for colleagues;
  • You will solve hardware and software related issues;
  • You will support colleagues on new software licenses and application access;
  • You will monitor the business systems and support processes to maintain a continuous availability of information systems and data for the organization;
  • You will take care of the documentation of our IT landscape
  • You will manage the security of our systems and application landscape;
  • You will create dashboards to create overviews of IT projects and to manage tickets and issues efficiently;
  • You will arrange and install IT equipment for new employees;
  • You will monitor our systems and give advice about possibilities where we can develop IT and which IT solutions we can import.

About you

  • You have a MBO or Bachelor degree in a IT-related study and/or working experience in a similar position;
  • You have all-round knowledge when it comes to soft- and hardware;
  • You have a great sense of responsibility, are service-oriented and always think in solutions;
  • You are creative, energetic and self-driven;
  • You have excellent analytical skills;
  • You have a good understanding of our business and the work we perform or are able to understand this in a short time;
  • You are able to work systematically, taking strategy as starting point focusing on the company’s BEST-Core Values (Be Loved, Exceed Expectations, Smart Innovation, Team Up), results and engagement.
