Are you our new International Sales Executive?

We are looking for an International Sales Executive to strengthen and build our footprint in the regions, both from a top-line as well as a client base perspective. This role will enable us to exceed annual performance targets, with a view to setting a course for double and triple digit growth and demonstrating strong sales in planning and executing programs.
Reporting to the CEO, you will drive marketplace success with a focus on expanding our presence, recognizing the emerging competitor strategies, and developing opportunities to grow our market position via focus on the largest major accounts.

You will have broadly based progressive experience in large, high-growth enterprise technology companies, and have a proven track record of selling into large scale sales organizations and successfully achieving sales targets.

About your position

  • You will develop and implement a comprehensive territory and account sales strategy. Hyper-focused on disciplined account planning and execution.
  • You will sell with a transformational thinking pattern and increase overall performance at individual and organization level.
  • You will drive revenue (MRR and Professional Services) growth in the agreed territories and targeted accounts with a focus on projects strategic to these accounts.
  • You will drive the acquisition and growth of Major Strategic customer accounts hands-on.
  • You will provide accurate and timely forecasting efforts.
  • You will coordinate the involvement of sales support personnel and / or leadership to ensure customers’ expectations are met;.
  • You will proactively assess, clarify, and validate customer requirements and satisfaction by engaging with Major Accounts.
  • You will manage relationships with customers, and other stakeholders, both internally and externally that impact the Cevinio client ecosystem
  • You will possess and instill a ‘hunter spirit”; consider hunting to be a fun part of the role.

You will be measured on a set of KPI’s:

  • Deliver the sales plan including growth, PS Revenue, and strategic objectives.
  • Come up with effective account strategies, tailored for qualified clients.
  • Ensure thorough implementation of these strategies.

About you

  • You have a high degree of financial acumen and strong business management skills. A Finance & Admin degree is beneficial.
  • You have 7 – 20 years of enterprise/complex software Sales experience in a relevant domain – developing and executing highly effective account strategies and precise sales execution.
  • You have excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills with a commitment to collaborate with people.
  • You can apply sales methodologies like MEDDPIC or Challenger Sale.
  • You are an active listener. You have a sincere interest in the account and are committed to provide resolution to meet identified customer objectives.
  • You have the ability to inspire, retain and elevate the best in breed individuals and continuously improve the sales organization overall;
  • You have a deep and sincere interest in the Customer’s business, the Customer’s brand, the Customer’s Customers and their ability to transplant the Cevinio technology into a disruptive better way-of-working for the Customer.
  • You have an entrepreneurial drive and spirit.
  • You have the proven resilient ability to translate the Cevinio technology into simple measures and messages that matter to the executives in the boardroom, such as:
    • Driving thought leadership how the Cevinio technology can create optimizations in the customer’s backoffice;
    • Structural improvement of the Customer’s competitive advantage (in speed, quality or both);
    • Challenging the Customer’s status quo of producing their services or products;
    • Proposing new process flows as a result of introducing the Cevinio technology;
    • Understanding, explaining and using the political manoeuvres in the Customer’s boardroom among executives;
    • Understanding the P&L impact in the Customer’s business process when switching to the new Cevinio technology.

The Results

  • Successful implementation of Cevinio platform and Accounting-Robot with time and budget
  • Properly documented implementation files (written and excel files)
  • Each implementation has a short return on investment
  • Documentation of Robot-instructions in a way they are understood by colleagues
  • As group effort, >90% of the invoices that could be processed properly, are processed properly (after optimization)
